New Glasses are GREAT! JINS REVIVE is a scam i sent in my older JINS frames to be revived 2 times!!! pointing out that they didnt revive the lens. they just replaced it with a lens with no grade. when the whole point is to replace the lens it has. i wrote an email, they tried to deflect me, saying its a one time fix. but they NEVER actually "fixed" it. i remained persistent, they finally obliged. they asked to resend it, it came back... the same. no prescription lens replacement. i emailed again. this time they just ignored me. So... its a scam. i like JINS but now refuse to buy them. cause their customer service is the worse in the world. I stopped emailing because its a waste of my time. which is more valuable to me!

Right side of the glasses he can see through great. The left side he can’t see through at all. We had to pay a dr to re exam his eyes for them to tell us the exam was correct… but Jins did them wrong. the one side of the eye lense was placed wrong where he sees through, because Jin’s has no way of knowing where to mark that line. We waited 2 months for these frames and lenses. 2 MONTHS!!!! Need to return them because we sure can’t another 2 months for them to fix them. And how would they fix them… not knowing where to mark his eyes. So disappointed in Jin’s. Bad experience all around.
