It took 3 months for

It took 3 months for the glasses to arrive. I think Jins just forgot about my order. Every time I checked the website it said my glasses were on order but no other communication. I had to contact customer support and then they finally sent it. Had I not done that, I feel like Jins would have gladly taken my money without ever giving me what I paid for.

Horrible customer service. It’s taking

Horrible customer service. It’s taking over 3 months to get my prescription glasses due to the representative’s error. I still do not have my glasses.
