Service was great. Product was terrible. I was very disappointed. My last pair is such good quality. They’ve held up for 4 years. Still fit great.

Too slow. The order took

Too slow. The order took almost 2 months to process and arrive. The glasses are too tight. Customer service didn’t really help when I asked why it was taking so long. Customer service and product quality has really plummeted in the past 3 years.

I have a pair of

I have a pair of glasses I ordered two years ago, the bending part of the legs look cracked after a year and it finally broke. I asked customer service and was told I could either order a replacement or send in my glasses to replace just the frame. The latter option saves me $20. So I try to send it in with regular mail, but it was returned. Therefore I decided to order a replacement. It was only then that I was told that a new prescription is needed. So I had to went and get a new prescription.

Will not buy again. Sticking with Warby Parker. Sent the wrong pair and the arms feel flimsy!
