I have a pair of glasses I ordered two years ago, the bending part of the legs look cracked after a year and it finally broke. I asked customer service and was told I could either order a replacement or send in my glasses to replace just the frame. The latter option saves me $20. So I try to send it in with regular mail, but it was returned. Therefore I decided to order a replacement. It was only then that I was told that a new prescription is needed. So I had to went and get a new prescription.
