Customer service is good, the website is not however

This collaboration was $140, and you’re paying for the design which literally rubs off after barely three weeks of inconsistent use.

Quite disappointed with my lenses. My eyes seem to hurt after wearing your frames and looking through the lenses, which is a problem I never had my previous glasses.

Service good, product poor.

Service was great. Product was terrible. I was very disappointed. My last pair is such good quality. They’ve held up for 4 years. Still fit great.
