I guess I already used the other portion to discuss my concerns with the process. It was poor and it makes me sad

They took a long time

They took a long time to arrive, and I ended up not liking the way they fit. But I appreciated the reasonable price and easy return process.

It is what it is...I used to do dental assistance so the process takes time...I just always work on my patience and communication skills. I'm still gonna buy jins eyewear...

Product feels cheap to me , design is cool but for the price . I don’t know I wouldn’t recommend

I have no issue with

I have no issue with the product itself. The glasses shipped within 2-3 weeks as expected though it seems that the drop off date didn't correspond with the label creation date, but that wasn't really a big issue. My main issue was with the service at the store. The representative helping us out seemed very aloof (which I am a bit understanding of since there is a lot of traffic at the store). They also were not super attentive and seemed to rush through the process (ie. I asked for the glasses to be shipped, but when she printed out the receipt, it showed that I was to pick the glasses up from the store and I had to remind them that I wanted the glasses shipped. Additionally, I had asked for an itemized receipt for reimbursement for insurance, but they had only given me a regular receipt, so I had to remind them to provide me an itemized receipt). Another issue I had was that, I had specifically requested a Black glasses case holder (which is mentioned on the receipt as well), but instead I got a red case instead. I'm not sure if this was on the representative at the store or another employee. Another issue I had was when I got confirmation of shipment / USPS label was created, I also got another persons email confirmation shipment / USPS Tracking information as well which contained the person's address and information. I feel like this is a privacy issue, and I hope my information wasn't sent to another party as well. The last issue I had was that I got blue light in added which was an extra 30$, but I found out later through a promotional email that there was a promotion where blue light was free for online purchases which just made me feel like I got slightly deceived into paying 30$ more. This point is just slight personal bitterness, but I wish the promotion was held both online and in store or that I was aware of this promotion earlier so that I could buy it online. Overall, the product is good and set at a good price, but the customer service / my experience wasn't the best.
