Shipping time was great, quality of item you can tell is great quality but unfortunately the frame size was too big for my face so I had to return. Return process was quick and easy thanks to the responsive customer service team and I received a full refund like 2-3 days after I dropped it off in the post office. Overall great experience with Jins and will buy from here again.

Satisfy with the service. But the website is not stable. Losing my prescription when I placed my order. Have to submit the same prescription again. After few days, the original prescription appeared again in my account, resulting having two prescriptions which are exactly the same. Contacted customer service after I placed the order for the missing prescription issue but they were not able to help. Have to upload it again on order for the order to proceed.
