US website needs some work. The prescription upload process needs to be fixed

I have ordered eyeglasses from JINS at least 4 times and only one time I was disappointed, due to nose pads is not what I meant to order. I like the smoother type of nose bridge made glasses v. pads or prong like nose guards that touch the nose...it was my mistake, but I think it's a missed feature a customer can easily do when ordering their glasses...nonetheless, great store!
