My bird feeder was damaged when received. Customer Service was very helpful with returning instructions although they did blame the mail service. The box was not damaged and I think it was sent bent from their warehouse. I will probably use you again because of good pricing.

Great bird feeder pole with a near 100% success rate at preventing squirrels and raccoons from getting to the feeders. Customer service is ok and can be improved.
