Had probs in that we received 2 of same long arms for our Old Faithful. Customer service was great to offer to send the correct one, but my husband simply drilled to make the fix. Would help if the parts themselves were actually labelled with the part number for putting together...the video is a great help. Love the quality of the materials..Looks so elegant in middle of my flower garden. I have hinted a second one sure would be nice. When I received my package

When I received my package from the post office , It was written by the post office "package not sealed" ( there were hummingbird feeders and they came without the bottom parts) This has since been resolved , I called them and they took care of it right away. 🙂

Great feeder .. customer service

Great feeder .. customer service not so much !! I had Orioles the same day !! While unpacking the feeder one of the jelly cups fell out of the box and broke. I contacted customer service and instead of offering to replace it or have me pay for shipping to replace it, I was given a link to their website where I could purchase a new one for $7.95 !!! If that cup cost a quarter to make it's a lot !! Well I found some rubbermaid containers that fit perfectly in the feeder and threw away the other glass cup, and now I'm using the plastic containers which are a better solution for me.. I won't be purchasing anything else from JC's. It's easy to sell products, but for me it's customer service that makes or breaks the relationship ... and that email did not make me feel like a valued customer !!!
