Dear ITC Piercing Team, I am writing regarding our recent order (Invoice FAG055851, dated 24/09/2025). Upon checking the delivery, we noticed some issues with the items received. We received 10 boxes of Titane Stérile 1. 2x10 Boules 3mm (boîte de 10 pcs). We also received 37 Labret Titane 1. 2x8, but unfortunately these came without jewels/gems. This is now the third (or possibly forth) time we have experienced errors with our orders, which is becoming very frustrating and disruptive for our studio operations. Could you please confirm what went wrong with this shipment, and advise how you intend to resolve this issue? We need the correct items supplied as soon as possible.

le livreur a remis mon colis sur un point relais alors que j’étais a la boutique. J'ai pas vraiment le temps pour ce genre d'initiative. . . Surtout qu'il est précisé sur la commande que je veux pas être livré sur un point relais. Je déteste UPS
