Didn't receive the order as promised 2 times, so I canceled and even received an email confirming the cancelation. Then 3 days later we received the order. I need info on how to make a return. Also, I'm still waiting for my credit.

I ordered an outdoor electrical box. After a week of not receiving any notification it had been shipped, I called. I had to call several times to reach someone. Once I was able to speak to someone, I was told my item would be shipped later that day. I received an email with a tracking number. For the next 48 hours I watched as the tracking information showed, "Label created, item not yet provided to shipper. " I emailed four days later, asked why it hadn't been shipped. . . more apologies and a promise it would be going out later the same day. I cancelled the order and was promptly refunded. The delay created a work delay and increased cost on my project.

The worse company I have EVER ordered from. We will never use your company again. Shipping and on time delivery is not your vocabulary. Ordered a contactor, paid for overnight shipping and never received it until 2 weeks after. The only good thing your company did was refund me for the delivery. We lost SOOO much revenue from the lack of urgency with your company. Never will we ever order from your company again.
