I will not even give one star for this purchase. Refused to issue a return with a ridiculous reason. Can't trust the company.

I order 2 - 1756-OW16I isolated relay modules and only received one also the factory seal is open. order# IQE1770

We placed an order with a promised delivery time of 4–5 weeks. However, the products were delivered after 4 months, not within the agreed timeline. Moreover, the items did not arrive in their original packaging, and one of the products was shipped as type A, even though we clearly ordered type B. We reported the issue via email, but received no response at all. In addition, they issued the invoices with incorrectly low values, which is unacceptable for proper documentation and customs. They also stated they would compensate us with $300 for the delay as a gesture of apology – but this payment was never made. This company appears to sell items that are not actually in stock, and misleads customers regarding availability. Also, do not expect timely communication – it usually takes at least a week to get a reply to an email. Think twice before placing an order with this supplier.

website said that if you ordered before 11pm would ship same day if material in stock. I ordered an item that had 4 in stock and didn't ship same day. Took 21 days to ship. I contacted different departments to see why my item hadn't shipped yet and I was told would ship today and I would see the next day. Needless to say I got the run around

Thirty days for delivery is unacceptable. Especially when 2-3 business days was advertised. Got the runaround after multiple phone calls, text messages and chats. My order was confirmed 20 JAN 2025, but the order wasn't received until 19 FEB 2025.
