Modine Heater - Mossburg Industries

IQElectro's customer service is terrible. The representatives barely speak English and are unsure of package whereabouts or how to track packages. I was never refunded my overnight expedite charge (STILL WAITING) as I paid for overnight delivery and did not receive it until a week later. Honestly, I am suprised I received my item at all.

Order Didn't Ship For A Week

I paid for next day shipping and the order didn't ship for a week. You also have to download an app just to track the order. Several calls, emails and messages were not returned. Website says they ship within one business day, but that's clearly a lie. This company is dishonest and nonresponsive to it's customers needs.
