I paid for overnight shipping, never showed up. Called and canceled the order was told that I would get a cancellation email. Never got one of those either. Part showed up 3 weeks later. No refund for the over night shipping. No refund for the part. Absolutely terrible customer service I would never recommend buying anything from here ever. STAY AWAY. When you call it is people in another country that have no idea what is going on with what you order.

I confirm that customer service is very efficient, but delivery is very poor, as it takes longer than initially agreed, greatly affecting the schedule for the purchased part.

Do not count on part to be shipped anywhere near on time.
I ordered a part critical for our business operations. I was told both vocally and per my receipt that the part would be shipped in 3 days. I got a tracking number after it hadn't arrived a week later. The tracking number showed the status "part has not been received". It was nearly 3wks before they even gave the part to the shipping service. The part I ordered on 8May finally arrived on 29May from just 700miles away. Do not count on this business. Pay a little more and go to a supplier who can act on what their site says.
