You are HORRIBLE! I have still not received my item or a reimbursement!

Ordered a part 16 days ago. Part still has not shipped. Have called IQElectro multiple times to inquire about the part. Still waiting.

The item we purchased was described as capable to connect to a specific communication card, but this was not correct. After many efforts to explain the mistake, the return of the item has not been accepted.

Still waiting for an item that wasn't shipped, packing slip said everything was shipped. I emailed IQElectro and was told the missing item was coming. . . . . Still waiting !

We need to get this issue resolved quickly
