I confirm that customer service is very efficient, but delivery is very poor, as it takes longer than initially agreed, greatly affecting the schedule for the purchased part.

I ordered a part critical for our business operations. I was told both vocally and per my receipt that the part would be shipped in 3 days. I got a tracking number after it hadn't arrived a week later. The tracking number showed the status "part has not been received". It was nearly 3wks before they even gave the part to the shipping service. The part I ordered on 8May finally arrived on 29May from just 700miles away. Do not count on this business. Pay a little more and go to a supplier who can act on what their site says.

Took weeks to receive my next day order.

item ordered and item sent are different not the same. Arrived wiith broken handle, shipping was horrible paid for next day air and it arrived a week later. sent CMS-32HI -1. 6, ORDERED CMS-32HI-4

After paying for next day air shipping the package didn't arrive until almost 3 weeks later.
