Item never shipped (after over a week)
I ordered an outdoor electrical box. After a week of not receiving any notification it had been shipped, I called. I had to call several times to reach someone. Once I was able to speak to someone, I was told my item would be shipped later that day. I received an email with a tracking number. For the next 48 hours I watched as the tracking information showed, "Label created, item not yet provided to shipper. " I emailed four days later, asked why it hadn't been shipped. . . more apologies and a promise it would be going out later the same day. I cancelled the order and was promptly refunded. The delay created a work delay and increased cost on my project.
