Horrible

Received the wrong product after a painstaking process on the phone with their”customer service team”. I will pursue all appropriate action to make this right.

Unprofessional. I don't even know if this is a legitimate company.

I bought an expensive product August 26th and have received zero information about what's going on. No product, no tracking number, and when I called twice I was told twice I would get the information the same day. . . I still don't have the product or the tracking number. My next call is to my credit card company to reverse the charge and refund my money.

Delivery

I placed an order on 8/12/25. I paid to have it shipped over night. We did not receive the item until 8/26 at the end of the day. The customer service rep, Sophia was very nice but the service from this company was unacceptable.

I ordered a plc that was showing in stock on 8/19 with overnight shipment. No overnight shipment, but they did refund that cost. Still no plc

Defective Honeywell valve control unit

Defective Honeywell valve control unit, customer service treatment of us has been disgusting, demanding my licensed plumber's phone number so he can interrogate the plumber. $180. 00 to be treated like we are criminals all because we want to return the defective unit, I have saved all the emails and considering a small claims suit to include pain and suffering. Albert Klimovych / CEO better get a grip on his employees and retrain them. I have also filed a review with the BBB and will issue a formal complaint if I have to file suit.
