Still do not have my 2 day air product i ordered last week not reliable

Still have not got product. It has been 11 days now. So much for rush

I called and they said they had the part in hand and could ship today. I ordered immediately paying next day air. It's been a week and still not showed up. Called several times and they said it had shipped but UPS said they had not received it. Each time I called staff lied and said it was shipped. They continued to lie and create stories. If you don't have it, just say so. Don't lie to me.

I received my order today, a "new" fire alarm control panel. The box was opened, and partially torn. The control panel does not have the power transformer or the battery leads necessary to operate the panel

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I paid for next‑day delivery on an item they claimed was in stock, and here I am three weeks later with nothing. They lied repeatedly about the order status, blamed UPS for “losing” the package, and yet the tracking number never showed anything beyond a label being created. That means it never shipped in the first place. There is zero integrity, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Every interaction felt like an excuse or a deflection instead of a solution. If you value honesty, reliability, or basic professionalism, avoid this company at all costs.
