The item we purchased was described as capable to connect to a specific communication card, but this was not correct. After many efforts to explain the mistake, the return of the item has not been accepted.

Still waiting for an item that wasn't shipped, packing slip said everything was shipped. I emailed IQElectro and was told the missing item was coming. . . . . Still waiting !

We need to get this issue resolved quickly

Didn't receive the order as promised 2 times, so I canceled and even received an email confirming the cancelation. Then 3 days later we received the order. I need info on how to make a return. Also, I'm still waiting for my credit.
