Ordered one day delivery that was on Thursday. It is Tuesday. I still have not received my package.

I ordered on 10/20/2026. The website said it is 3 to 5 days shipping. I called twice on 10/22 and 10/23. The agent said it take up to 3 days to ship. As of 10/24 the label is created and the package is . not picked up by UPS. won't buy again!

Poor service, took forever.

Still waiting on my part

I ordered a part last Monday 10/5 with next day air shipping to receive it sooner. They created a shipping label and sent me tracking information but did not ship the item. I called for days to be told the same lie, "UPS has the item" until I eventually had enough and had to fight for my money to be returned. They originally only wanted to refund me 10%... what a joke. I have received my full refund and do NOT recommend purchasing from this company. The manager Victoria is pretty much paid to lie and make customers wait for items they do not have in stock. Truly an unbelievably awful experience.
