Not good

I order last month on the 15 and today I haven't received anything yet I have an email yesterday said I will recive till next week on Thursday is over 20 days went on tour add said 3 to 4 days

received empty box

Paid additional for priority shipping. Was told it would ship, then it shipped 4 days later. After 10 days the box arrived. . . empty. Customer service lies about shipping and then the company proceeds to send empty box.

I left a voice message Thursday, 9/25, and as of the writing of this review, no one has returned my call. Getting a live person on your chat took a very long time and could not really resolve my issue. Lastly, you don't even follow your own response criteria of shipping within a day if the order is received by you by 11 PM. I placed an online order on Tuesday, 9/23. This should've shipped complete Wednesday, or Thursday, at the lastest. I even told your customer service person if it doesn't ship Thursday, to cancel the order because we found a more reliable source that already shipped us the required item. I just received word that it is shipping today, Friday, 9/26. In short, not only do you people not follow your own criteria, you can't even follow directions from a client.

Received the wrong product after a painstaking process on the phone with their”customer service team”. I will pursue all appropriate action to make this right.

Unprofessional. I don't even know if this is a legitimate company.

I bought an expensive product August 26th and have received zero information about what's going on. No product, no tracking number, and when I called twice I was told twice I would get the information the same day. . . I still don't have the product or the tracking number. My next call is to my credit card company to reverse the charge and refund my money.
