I left a voice message Thursday, 9/25, and as of the writing of this review, no one has returned my call.
Getting a live person on your chat took a very long time and could not really resolve my issue.
Lastly, you don't even follow your own response criteria of shipping within a day if the order is received by you by 11 PM. I placed an online order on Tuesday, 9/23. This should've shipped complete Wednesday, or Thursday, at the lastest. I even told your customer service person if it doesn't ship Thursday, to cancel the order because we found a more reliable source that already shipped us the required item. I just received word that it is shipping today, Friday, 9/26.
In short, not only do you people not follow your own criteria, you can't even follow directions from a client.
