I ordered a part on

I ordered a part on the 16th (Saturday) and the website said it would be 2-3 days shipping. Shipped notification sent to me on the 21st (4 business days). It arrived yesterday the 26th and was not the part I ordered and was confirmed at the time of purchase via email. I tried to call for support, no answer. Tried the online chat and was told to email "sales@iqelectro.com" and did. No response. I bought the part because it was the direct replacement for my system. What I got was an updated one that will require modification and I could have bought it locally for half the price. Seems like a bait and switch to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Don't order if you really need it.

Ordered this motor days ago and it still has not shipped. This has been a terrible experience.

After promising to ship the product “today” on four different days over two weeks I gave up waiting and disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Unfortunate experience

I ordered a Lutron Connect Bridge from you for the first time as a customer and opened the box with Lutron tech support on the line with me as I had been working closely with them who recommended that I purchase this Bridge. Unfortunately they looked up the mac address of this device and confirmed it never should have been sold to a customer as it was such an old device from 2016 that it was non-functioning as the firmware could not be updated to make it function. They elevated the matter to tier 2 support who also confirmed the case and asked for your company name and contact information as they said they would contact you as this product should not be sold to customers. I don't understand why you would sell it to me for almost $500 knowing this information unless you were not aware? The box that it arrived it was so beat up and clearly looked used and returned many times, very disappointing experience honestly. I sent you photos of everything and Lutron tech support took a video through a web call as well.

It took way longer than

It took way longer than it should have. Even paid for two day shipping! Ended up being 13 days before we received the part. We will not be ordering again. We will go elsewhere.
