I ordered a part on
I ordered a part on the 16th (Saturday) and the website said it would be 2-3 days shipping. Shipped notification sent to me on the 21st (4 business days). It arrived yesterday the 26th and was not the part I ordered and was confirmed at the time of purchase via email. I tried to call for support, no answer. Tried the online chat and was told to email "sales@iqelectro.com" and did. No response. I bought the part because it was the direct replacement for my system. What I got was an updated one that will require modification and I could have bought it locally for half the price. Seems like a bait and switch to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
