Request product to be sent overnight, when I called I was told it could take a few days to ship needed to be inspected. When I cancelled, it took 4 phone calls & 4 emails to get an answer. Still waiting for official confirmation.

Ordered part for 2 day delivery a week ago, still has not shipped, customer service with Sofia extremely difficult, can’t get any answers, unfriendly, unhelpful, unpleasant, still don’t have part, it was originally mistakenly sent ground, cannot get in touch with anyone in ownership or management. Finally 8 days later got an email the part was broken, they’re refunding. Total disaster.

We have a machine down, and IQElectro offered the servo drive at a reasonable cost including free overnight shipping. Following an excerpt from their quote: " . . . we can arrange fast delivery through DHL, UPS, or FedEx, which will take only 1-3 days, and it’s completely free. We understand how important speed and quality are in your industry, and . . . " Sounds good, right?! But - caveat emptor! The payment was made on a Wednesday, IQElectro has been made aware of our situation, they confirmed early delivery for Monday the following week but our package shipped that Monday UPS GROUND to be delivered Thursday or Friday. . . This is how they conduct their bussiness, and we won't consider to buy from IQElectro again.

I order last month on the 15 and today I haven't received anything yet I have an email yesterday said I will recive till next week on Thursday is over 20 days went on tour add said 3 to 4 days
