Poor service

Waited three weeks for breaker told numerous times it was shipped and it wasnt promised overnight that and that didnt happen It arrived 3 weeks later

Didn't Keep Promised Ship Date, Late Part Arrival, Poor Support

We chose to purchase from IQElectro because we had an emergency need for a replacement PLC I/O module, and they told us that the part would ship that day (Friday afternoon) and would arrive Monday morning by Next Day Air (which we had paid extra for). Monday, we called because the part had not arrived as promised. We had great difficulty getting someone from their support group to contact us with the status. Finally, someone answered our call, researched the status and informed us that the part was shipping this day (Monday) with Next Day Air. Tuesday the part still had not arrived. We continued to have trouble getting someone from the support group to answer our calls, and when they did, they had difficulty determining the status. With total loss of confidence in IQElectro being able to get us the part, we placed an order with another supplier who guaranteed overnight delivery for Wednesday. On Wednesday morning the PLC I/O module arrived from IQElectro and shortly afterwards from the other supplier. The only initial positive was that the pricing was better from IQElectro, but the cost of additional process downtime wiped out that pricing benefit. On Thursday we received an email from IQElectro apologizing for the slight delay in the shipping. This bad rating is about as close to terrible as you could get.

I have been waiting for the $200 credit on my order that was promised to me. Please!!!

Promises repeatedly broken

You charged my credit card, then failed to ship anything or provide any updates for ten days. When I called for an update, I was promised a tracking number by the end of the day, which I did not get. When I canceled the order, two days later, a tracking number appeared ten hours later. The package appeared in UPS 24 hours after that. It was shipped ground, despite a promise of an upgrade to overnight shipping because of the delay.
