I ordered a part that was supposed to ship in 3-4 business days. It's been over two weeks, and I've been trying to track down answers. Only to find out that the product I am supposed to be receiving, they don't have. I have customers waiting for these parts so we can help them get their machines up and running. Not only does this make your company look bad, but ours as well!

Lied about ship date and stock status

I order and paid for a Circuit Board October 31st at 2:11pm Pac. I never got a reply email for tracking shipment, which was indicated at the bottom "Free Shipping Ground (3-4 days)" I reached out to the company on November 4th to find out that the order was being processed and then onto shipping. The office gave me a UPS shipping number. I reached out again on November 5th after seeing on the UPS shipping tracker that they were still waiting for the package? I had to call again on November 6th as the UPS shipping was still showing that they were still waiting for the package? They don't seem to know where it is. In the mean time I have a customer that has been without heat since October 30th while we wait on a Circuit Board that was paid for. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I don’t receive my order.
