Didn't Keep Promised Ship Date, Late Part Arrival, Poor Support

We chose to purchase from IQElectro because we had an emergency need for a replacement PLC I/O module, and they told us that the part would ship that day (Friday afternoon) and would arrive Monday morning by Next Day Air (which we had paid extra for). Monday, we called because the part had not arrived as promised. We had great difficulty getting someone from their support group to contact us with the status. Finally, someone answered our call, researched the status and informed us that the part was shipping this day (Monday) with Next Day Air. Tuesday the part still had not arrived. We continued to have trouble getting someone from the support group to answer our calls, and when they did, they had difficulty determining the status. With total loss of confidence in IQElectro being able to get us the part, we placed an order with another supplier who guaranteed overnight delivery for Wednesday. On Wednesday morning the PLC I/O module arrived from IQElectro and shortly afterwards from the other supplier. The only initial positive was that the pricing was better from IQElectro, but the cost of additional process downtime wiped out that pricing benefit. On Thursday we received an email from IQElectro apologizing for the slight delay in the shipping. This bad rating is about as close to terrible as you could get.

Unfortunate experience

I ordered a Lutron Connect Bridge from you for the first time as a customer and opened the box with Lutron tech support on the line with me as I had been working closely with them who recommended that I purchase this Bridge. Unfortunately they looked up the mac address of this device and confirmed it never should have been sold to a customer as it was such an old device from 2016 that it was non-functioning as the firmware could not be updated to make it function. They elevated the matter to tier 2 support who also confirmed the case and asked for your company name and contact information as they said they would contact you as this product should not be sold to customers. I don't understand why you would sell it to me for almost $500 knowing this information unless you were not aware? The box that it arrived it was so beat up and clearly looked used and returned many times, very disappointing experience honestly. I sent you photos of everything and Lutron tech support took a video through a web call as well.

It took way longer than

It took way longer than it should have. Even paid for two day shipping! Ended up being 13 days before we received the part. We will not be ordering again. We will go elsewhere.

The shipping was not performed

The shipping was not performed as advertised. It stated that shipping would be done in 3-4 days but it took 10 days to receive the shipping details and the package isn’t due to arrive four days later

Poor communication and delayed shipping.

A few days after my order, I had no shipping confirmation so I reached out. They then told me it was going to ship the next day. A week later I still had nothing so called in again and they put me on hold and then said they just got a notification saying it would ship that day. Seemed dishonest and that what really happened was probably they hadn’t shipped it and they asked for it now to ship. Either way, even after that week and a half delay I would’ve hopped for expedited shipping but still ground and still haven’t received it after 2 weeks with a broken furnace.
