I received the wrong package

Cap at bottom that regulates thightness will rattle when product in use. Turning it fully closed won’t help as lubricant will then squeeze and wheeze through the seal

The onyx 2 is designed for the average or smaller than average person, any person of larger than average and the onyx just plain and simple doesn't work, the packaging is nice though.

I received the fleshlight and while cleaning it, dropped it on the floor. The plastic suction cap broke. I called the company and they said to send a picture of the damage, but haven't heard anything at all back from the company. Shame, because it is a great product.
