This is my first order with the company. The original order appears to be lost in transit. Upon contacting the company it quickly took care of the problem by sending out a replacement order. The replacement order arrived on a timely basis. Albert, the representative, was very helpful and courteous.

The cartridges arrived on time. There was no delay.

I have used InkCartridges for my printer ink several times. They have just as good of ink as OEM. Now I am buying my printer paper also. I like the sales!!
