They never responded to my compleint

It arrived broken the charging port was broken unusable was able to use with the charge it came with and nothing now

No service after item is bought. Don’t expect any type of refunds.

Got sent a wrong vape. Contacted you twice, with no reply.

Zero customer service...sent multiple emails got no response...was sent a faulty product that I'm apparently stuck with
