Company refuses to answer my emails about the defective product which I returned and they received on 4/26. I have filed a complaint with the BBB NY

1 star because zero is not on the list. the $250 unit arrived broken, contacted them, took a week to respond, I told them about the problem; after one more week, still no response. I want my money back or a working unit...
