Poor communication about the extensive

Poor communication about the extensive delays to the shipment. I was promised delivery dates which were then postponed time and time again. I had to chase for order updates regularly as this was not sent out by the company which I think is poor, especially when a lot of purchases are time-sensitive for customers and we could do without the added stress of chasing late deliveries.

Customer service was very difficult to get a hold of and when I eventually did, it was a different story each time. Such a shame as this will definitely influence whether we will use the company again despite the product being great quality

Still Haven’t Received My Order

Still Haven’t Received My Order - Beginning to Feel Like a Scam I ordered a Chelsea electric recliner chair over two months ago and have yet to receive it. This was not a pre-order item, and even now, their website still claims that five chairs in the same colour are in stock. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I’ve received no clear delivery timeline and no willingness to issue a refund. The lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning - at this point, the entire experience feels like a scam.

The whole storefront was nothing but a smokescreen

After several contact attempts and hearing nothing back for weeks on end, I disputed the payment with my card provider and had a full refund processed.

No customer updates. Delivery was delayed again and again and each time I had to chase to find out what was going on. Despite ordering in January with a delivery date of 28th April, I did not have a feeding chair for the first 5 weeks after my c-section because the chair did not arrive until June.
