No customer updates. Delivery was delayed again and again and each time I had to chase to find out what was going on. Despite ordering in January with a delivery date of 28th April, I did not have a feeding chair for the first 5 weeks after my c-section because the chair did not arrive until June.

I never received a call back after leaving a message. Really bad delivery service. Driver will only deliver on a pallet and leave it outside your home. This is not acceptable for a pregnant woman.
