Terrible customer support

I love the paddle board! Buuuut it came as a return. Opened and dirty. The shipping box still had the previous persons name on it, just put in a second box. I was under the impression that it was new. Tried emailing but no response.

This jacket fits absolutely extremely small for an extra large. It took four weeks to get a hold of anybody at hyper life. They returned zero of my phone calls with left messages. Finally got an email back after a month and they were told me that they do not pay for the label or packaging nothing at all worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Terrible salesperson. Didn't listen to what I wanted. . . just sold me what he had.
