The company included the wrong instructions to set up the board,, even after several phone calls and emails, I heard nothing back. Once they made the sale, I'm of no use to them.

The board arrived with a broken air pump and I reached out twice to see if I could get a replacement and never got an email response. The board looks nice but the customer service is horrible. Just buy from Amazon, at least they respond to customers

The product quality is poor.
The product quality is poor. There are loose threads (2 cm) and the seams are not secured. After the first ride, one area completely came apart. I have a positive opinion of the brand and have purchased their products before, but it seems this vest was not inspected.
