Hyperlite Wake

The board arrived with a broken air pump and I reached out twice to see if I could get a replacement and never got an email response. The board looks nice but the customer service is horrible. Just buy from Amazon, at least they respond to customers

The product quality is poor. There are loose threads (2 cm) and the seams are not secured. After the first ride, one area completely came apart. I have a positive opinion of the brand and have purchased their products before, but it seems this vest was not inspected.

The return process was awful. Since the sizing chart is incorrect, I had to return for a larger size. I went to use the same box to return the first one, and it was going to cost me $30 in shipping!!!! For that reason, I decided not to purchase the larger size (if it also didn't fit, I'd be out over 60 dollars just to try on vests!). Not worth it, and won't be purchasing in the future.

My shipment was delivered to the wrong address and Hyperlite is not helping me get replacements shipped out. It's been two weeks so far and I ordered two boards, bindings, and a tow rope - a considerable expense and the customer service has been very disappointing. I'm left with no choice but to contest the charge with my credit card to try and get a refund. I wouldn't recommend ordering direct from Hyperlite to anyone considering it.

The worst experience ever, do not buy from this place. They sell used and damaged products and if you try to reach them they ignore you. They suck all the way
