Terrible customer service

too small, not enough description on size on website. I’ve reached out multiple times to begin a return, company is non responsive with beginning the return process.

I would like customer service to get back to my email that I wrote about replacing my paddleboard because the first time I used it there was a leak.

Awful customer support. You messed up my order and won't answer the phone or return emails.

I did not receive the starship board I ordered with it. I cannot use it until I get my board.
