I did not receive the starship board I ordered with it. I cannot use it until I get my board.

Terrible customer service. I just bought two inflatable paddle boards. Both my pumps are defective. I’ve left voice messages and emails without any response. They were really happy to take my $700 dollars though….

I have left emails and phone messages and no one has returned my correspondence. I bought a kit with a board and only received the foil. Horrible customer service!!! I will try one more time today.

Pump was broke when we opened the box. Reached out and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointing.
