Hyperlite Wake

My experience has been very poor. The laces on the binding broke after one use and after multiple attempts over 1 month I’m still waiting on a response from customer service. Buyer beware.

Sizing is a JOKE. . . . .

Have not heard back about return for 1st one I ordered in wrong size. The 2nd one I ordered is delayed in shipping with no updates why??

This jacket fits absolutely extremely small for an extra large. It took four weeks to get a hold of anybody at hyper life. They returned zero of my phone calls with left messages. Finally got an email back after a month and they were told me that they do not pay for the label or packaging nothing at all worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Terrible salesperson. Didn't listen to what I wanted. . . just sold me what he had.
