Hyperlite Wake

Pump was broke when we opened the box. Reached out and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointing.

The fins I was told would fit are not even close to being the proper size. Hyperlite just stopped manufacturing parts for their so called out of date boards. I was told in the case they did not fit that a return packing slip would be sent by two different representatives and gave me the run around on how busy they are. It’s been almost a month of email correspondence from hyperlite and still no response on the return label.

The “polyoxymethylene” lace locks broke on my second day of riding them. How can you claim for a boot to be boom proof when a component breaks after 2 days. The “new”fusion plate system is extremely disappointing. They rock like like my grandma’s rocking chair when I lean on my toes and my heels. Also I know this might be an issue due to them not being fully broken in as I have only worn them for 3 days on the cable. But the top of the cuff doesn’t stay tight around my ankles. I’ve been wearing size 11 hyperlite boots for a while now and these feel the least secure out of the box compared to previous boots I’ve worn.
