terrible experience. i admit i ordered the wrong size since my size was not available. I went as large as possible as I noted the many complaints about exceedinglysnug fit online. I sought customer service when the horribly mis-sized shoes arrived and I was nonchalantly,no, condescendingly(if it's not a word it should be) deflected from finding any substantive resolution other than being referred to their useless return/exchange policy online. return? Disallowed since wrong size is not deemed an acceptable reason for return. As for exchange, the only sizes available are almost certainly too large. Send me a chingada return label and refund me.
