Hybrid Green Label

Currently experiencing a big fail on the part of this company. I ordered pair of shoes. When they finally arrived, I discovered they are way too small for my feet. I discovered an anomaly in their drop down, which, I believe, caused me to order the wrong size without noticing it. When I told this to the help email, they sent a link to start a return. That link ended up looping back to 'reason for return' question every time I filled it out, so that I could not finish the process. I have sent two more emails to them. ( I cannot find an 800 # to talk to a real person) NO reply. I am stuck with a worthless pair of shoes and will next try to get my money back via PayPal. If a real human being would respond to me, I would be happy to return these for the right size or just send them back for my money back. I will even pay for shipping. very unhappy!

Had an issue with the size of the shows and tried to remedy the problem with customer service. Because they were bought on sale, there was nothing I could do so now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I can't use. Horrible , will never buy from this company again.

The nibs holding the laces together broke the first time I tried to use them. Also even if they had worked, the heels of these shoes are too flimsy to keep my feet in them. I love the idea of sustainable clothing, but you're going to have to try harder.

I ordered and the size 8. This would have been order number 7402. The shoes were too big I returned them for exercise 7 which was smaller. I received order number 7511. Can you shoes look like they were shoes that had been returned as they had dirt on them they were not clean like the original order I received in 7402. I received a coupon to replace these shoes. I received order number 7703 these were the same shoes that were returned for order 7511. Needless to say, I will never ever order a pair of shoes from hybrid green label again. All I wanted was a clean pair of shoes. I had no issue with the product design or the style of the shoes the first original order I received were claimed and in perfect condition The Replacements shoes I received in the size 7 were dirty and appear to be shoes that have been returned that should have not been placed back in circulation in your inventory.
