Shipping and service were quick !

Shipping was not great. The tracking was slow and questionable. The shoes a made too narrow to be comfortable to wear. With that said, I can tell the shoe quality is great. Great fee3ling and looking materials are used. I just wish the sizing was better so I could make this my only shoe brand.

This page says "Rate your experience with Hybrid Green Label Reviews" Am I being asked to review a review site? are we getting that meta/nested with biz surveys?

U sent me 1 size bigger

I’m still waiting for my shoes. I originally purchased the wrong size on June 17. The exchange process was difficult. I even had to send in pictures before I was provided with a return label. My shoes were received on July 1, and now it’s July 7, and I haven’t had any communication about when the replacement ones are coming but have received multiple attempts at reviewing the shoes I don’t have. However, this is the second pair of shoes I have bought from this company, I don’t care for the “go-green first” kind of mentality, because they are just shoes, I’m not trying to save the planet. With all that said, I really like shoes they look great, they’re unique, they’re comfortable just difficult to deal with the company.
