you advertise two day free shipping, but ten days later and I am still waiting on my shoes. This is the second time this has happened,

It's supposed to be yesterday12th I will get my package till now I have not gotten it yet and there is no information as regards how or when my package will be delivered

I ordered the Mens Lively Sneaker - black canvas size 11 but some how received a size 13

Didn't have the size shoe I needed! Ordered the size I needed then when put in the shopping cart to check out & pay automatically changed to a smaller size. Then as soon as I had noticed what happened, tried to cancel my order & you all replied that it already had been shipped, no way!!!
