Finding the correct watch band was very easy using their web site. Had my new band within a few days. Will use HR again. Highly recommend.

This website is amazing. I found two very difficult to obtain citizen echo drive watch bands with ease. The products are hundred percent genuine, in the price is about 50% less than what other jewelers quoted me.

Very good service. Prompt and kept me informed.

First class service

The item I ordered was out of stock, however, they kept me informed and was still able to receive the item in a reasonable amount of time.
