Watch band parts were easy to order, arrived timely and in perfect condition.

Mark, The band was perfect and arrived in a timely fashion. This particular band is very difficult to find and equally hard to install. After receiving it , I had to take it to a local watch repair guy to get it put on. My only issue and it's not your problem, because you are not the manufacturer, but I wish Citizen had a more durable solution, I end up replacing this band about once a year, but I love the watch. Thanks for your help!!

Your sevice was excellent: The purchase was received ahead of schedule, well packaged and the flow of information regarding its location was exact an on time. Thank you very much.

very positive buying experience, extremely helpful.

Band is perfect and was delivered very quickly. Great service. If only you could provide me with a band for my tag Heuer 6000.
