First of all the shipping times indicated on the website were not respected. When time got closer to the date I wanted to leave for the holiday I ordered the suitcase for I contacted the client service asking about it. I was assured my suitcase would leave them that day. Nevertheless it was only shipped several days after so that I finally had to leave without my suitcase and couldn’t take a look at it. My Mom made sure it was okay and ensured me that it seemed to have great quality. Yet I am disappointed by the shopping experience.

Nice shape but very small on the inside!!

Never experienced a product taking so long to arrive. 11 days from order to arrival. And when it arrives two of the original bag tags were missing.

Opted for delivery window it came outside my chosen dates whilst I was on holiday. Luggage left on my door step for 4 days unsecured! I spoke with a customer service person online about current promotions vs waiting for London store to reopen and at no point did they mention huge sale reduction days later. Paid a lot more than the now 55% sale price bit disappointing.

Habe einen Artikel retourniert wegen eines Defektes. Der gleiche Artikel war dann nciht mehr verfügbar. Ich musste daher eine andere Farbe nehmen, die mri gar nicht gefällt. Insgesamt sehr unbefriedigend.
