The worst experience
I order a backpack as a gift for my husband. We were planning a big trip around Europe, so it was essential to have a backpack to travel with. So I gave it to him earlier so he could change it or return it if he didn't like it. And unfortunately, he didn't like it. It was a bit small for him. So I tried to return it before we left. The return portal wouldn't let me. It kept showing the error that this product was not eligible for return. I wrote two messages to support a week before we left. And no reply. I wrote to the social media messenger - no reply. I was so disappointed, the backpack is not the cheapest and I have no other gift. My husband did not like it. And finally he decided to go on the trip with it. And guess what? It broke. It already has a few holes in it, even though it has only been in the car. How is it possible to sell such an inferior product at such a high price? At the same time you completely ignore your customers and offer no return policy at all. It was my first and last experience with this brand.
