Good material and quality, however, the service was bad! They sent me from their store in Mitte to KaDeWe without having the right product in stock. Not premium like!

Fast reliable delivery. Fancy Product Design. However, thickness of material disappointing (too soft, might lack durability)

If you are a frequent flyer then this carry wont be comfortable. The material is very rigid and doesnt have a second zipper to expand, so forget to try to push more things. Then it opens to the left instead to the right side like normally. So no, its very pretty and high quality material but being this uncomfortable isnt value for money.

I purchased the SoFo backpack and the pads on the back are ripping after minimal use following one trip. Apparently “cosmetic damage” doesn’t fall under warranty. For a product this expensive I would expect better service and quality. Cannot recommend further since clearly a design defect where foreseeable use spots degrade after first use.
