Hi, der Fahrer hat die Adresse scheinbar nicht gefunden. Paket wurde von DHL direkt zurückgeschickt. Seitdem 05.12. habe ich keine Info mehr erhalten.

The suitcase arrived with black marks that were unable to be removed. Returns are on your own and cost is extremely high if outside EU, very unimpressed with this product and return process.

I know and like the brand but i ordered my suitcase 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. Very sad, tried to contact support but never heard back either. Money was thrown away trying to purchase this suitcase. I would recommend buying from someone with better delivery and customer service, especially for the price!

Last Monday the delivery was planned but no UPS. Not it’s Thursday.

Not the tech case I was looking for but will be ok until I find something that suits my needs better. Still not understanding the business model, and hence wouldn’t recommend buying unless at least -30% discount as this is what you are offered as soon as you order something. I used to be a promoter for the brand, however with recent experiences I’m starting to feel it’s time for me to move on. Don’t get me wrong, still decent, but I’ve lost that loving feeling..
