Took awhile to come but nice product

I would recommend you go for a dark colour. I've checked my suitcase in on one journey and it is covered in marks I cannot remove. The material is good and interior design great, but I now have an extremely unattractive and scarred suitcase after the first use. Had I known I would have ordered a black or navy one.

I visited your store in Berlin (Mitte location) and I had read about your products online. I was interested in seeing several different types of the suitcases you offer. However, the store clerk who was responsible for providing information about your products was completely uninterested in being there or actually assisting me. She never once made an effort to assist and it felt as though we were invading her privacy. I strongly recommend you do NOT hire these type of sales agents / customer service representatives as it reflects poorly on your brand. Best Shum
