First to say: I like my new luggage very much. Nice design, nice colour, nice quality, good options to organise things inside the luggage. The monogram looks nice. But as I’m asked for my shopping experience: poor! It was not possible to subscribe the newsletter, first of all. The confirmation of my subscription arrived seven weeks after setting it. The estimated delivery date - which was more than a month after my order - arrived more than 10 days after the estimated date, although half of the order was in stock while i was ordering. The support was fast, nice and tried to help, but could not change anything in the delayed delivery.

Leider musste ich feststellen, dass der Koffer sehr kratzempfindlich ist. Nach einem Flug sieht er aus, wie andere nach 10 oder mehr. Was sehr schade ist. Auch empfinde ich das Leergewicht doch als ziemlich viel. Design und Funktionalität sind sonst super.

The larger check in luggage is very nice, with nice colers en overall attractive design. However, its not special. Especially since the compression pads are not standard included. In comparison to other brands its a bit 'poor'.

Non transparent shopping experience. Cabin luggage was on a misleading discount when I bought it. The amount of discount was more or less the amount of the duties I had to pay for shipping. That information was not clear on website.

Very beautiful product, well designed, lovely details. Except for some minor of these details, like the small transparent bag that comes with the bundle, that was broken since the beginning. Or the part dedicated to the handle that is taking a little bit more space than I expected on the inside. I also found the compression pad clumsy: when you open it, it takes a lot of space on the surface where you have the baggage opened, so that it makes life harder in small hotel rooms. If I could go back I would buy the plain version and not the smart.
