Horizn Studios (EN)

Gegen den Koffer selbst kann man nichts sagen. Super praktische Funktionen und sehr stylisches Design. Leider ist der Ausziehgriff derart wackelig, dass es den Gesamteindruck schon runterzieht. Sehr schade, ich benutze den Koffer wirklich gerne, und es ist auch kein Game-Breaker, aber das nervt schon. Da sollte beim nächsten Modell-Refresh vielleicht ein bisschen mehr investiert werden.

Sent me the wrong suitcase (not smart, not the right colour). Initial customer support didn’t apologise and just suggested I go to the effort to send it back and reorder. Was going on holiday the next day so couldn’t reorder. A helpful man named Matthew offered me the difference in price plus £15 for my efforts which I accepted, but I still have a suitcase in a colour I really don’t like now, but ho hum!

The suitcase design is very nice and it‘s easy to navigate over the floor. However, I‘m disappointed that there are no inner bags or pockets to put smaller items (underwear, socks etc). These things would free fall in the suitcase, that‘s why I‘m sending it back unfortunately.
