Purchased two suitcases because they were having a sale. Brand new suitcases that were identical to those that were full price aside from the color. As I was swiping my card I was told that instead of a lifetime warranty (which let’s be honest, no one ever takes advantage of) I get a two year warranty. Pretty ridiculous As for the bags, they’re fine but absolutely nothing special. I’m a little concerned about the zipper strength but I guess time will tell.

I ordered 2 cabin luggages which were supposed to arrive within 10 day. After 3 weeks I received one of the luggages and 10 days later the second one. There were issues with the transaction at the border. When I contacted horizons customer service I didn’t get a reply for over a week. Also the replies on the following emails took a long time. The customer service explained the situation, but frankly, I don’t care if they received a lot of orders and cannot handle it anymore. But this is not something the customers should be affected with. Finally, they offered me a further discount on the luggages which made me giving 3 stars. The quality and presentation of the products is great and worth 5 stars, but if you can’t handle your deliveries and customer service then it is in summary an average result.

I have used the bag for 3 travels so far. Overall the bag is pretty well designed. The compression pad and separate compartments are made of high quality materials and do their job. The power bank is well integrated and is easy to remove. It comes with flexible charging cable, which I like a lot. The wheels are silent and feel high quality. A big let down is the telescopic handle which does not correspond to the price of the bag. It feels very cheap and sometimes does not fully lock when being retracted. The shell is very hard and protect your belongings perfectly. On the other hand, it does attract a lot of scratches. Even if removing very carefully from the overhead bin, it always gets new scratches. If I did not buy the bag in promotion, I would be probably disappointed very much. It aims to be higher end product, but there is still some progress to be made in terms of essential functions.

The bag is good. But the laptop doesn’t fit in the laptop space. The bag should have been a little bigger size so that laptop could fit in.

Good color and style, know the product from before. This time I was away and wanted to reach the store via phone, but there was no way to get hold of them, not really a good service. Team at the store was great!
