I got my backpack over a year ago. It’s perfectly sized and I take it nearly everywhere. However after about 6 months I started to notice that the corners are slowly breaking and the material on the outside of the pockets also breaks. This lets me question the quality a bit. All in all a very good companion, however I don’t think it will last another two years, maybe not even another year.

I love the suitcase. Rollls smoothly, looks great. However the packing cubes came with a broken zipper, which makes it unuseable.

No direct phone line, for such a premium brand

The perception of the product is not proportionate to its cost. The backpack is spacious however the materials of the closures, plastic hooks and cord, do not seem to be of particular quality or resistance. Even used zippers don't slide very well, especially those of the internal divider which tends to get stuck in the corners. More internal pockets for pens, notebooks and more would have been useful. The shoulder straps are comfortable even if their adjustment with the backpack on is difficult also due to the absence of dedicated slots at the end of the buckles. The capacity is good even if there is a metal structure inside, not mentioned in the description on the product website, which increases its weight. In general, the feeling is of a good backpack whose quality, however, compared to other brands such as Bellroy, seems to be decidedly inferior and disproportionate to the high price of the product.
