My Fresh Roast sr500 was recently fried by a nearby lightning strike. Tim and Sam tried to fix it, thanks again for trying, but it was too far gone. Purchased a refurbished sr800. It is a new learning curve, but I believe you have more control with the sr800. I only have one batch so far, looking forward to more.
