Your staff are great but getting the product is not so good

Good product but first attempt damaged

Slow to arrive but great now it’s here

Service was fine, swift reply to my query but delivery was so slow I had to source from an alternative supplier and return said item

It was a bit of a fiasco receiving my last order from Holloways to say the least. Customer Service is quite useless and communication with the shop in Wimbledon by phone or email impossible. Such a shame!
