Great products, fair prices, good delivery …. in due course. Poor customer expectation management on awesomely long wait between payment and delivery

We took receipt of a table and benches. Unfortunately, the table was faulty. We initially struggled to get through to holloways but once through got a response and an offer of a new delivery and collection. This was a bit lengthy. The second courier did not have a lift from the van and therefore it was impossible for the driver who was on his own to get the 70kg pallet off the van. We helped. I did think this was unacceptable and escalated this. In turn we were offered some compensation. We love the table This will not stop us using holloways in the future.

Item arrived after 2 week, advertised delivery window ; both follow up emails received no reply. Good pricing but very poor service.

Very good quality light fittings, as described and at a good price. Unfortunately a 4 month delivery time was ludicrous.
