Great to be able to see items in person at their beautiful showroom in Bath. Always received great customer service. Good website with a great selection of products. Would be good if they offered 0% for high value items.

Transaction process was smooth and easy and a great deal. It is a little frustrating that my order has been delayed 2 months - but i understand this is the nature of imported goods. Looking forward to receiving.

Delivery took so long, when I emailed asking for an update I was told there won’t be any further info unless it has been over a month since I placed the order. Luckily it did arrive eventually.
