I have had positive experiences with H&C overall; however, their AI-assisted customer service has been challenging to navigate. In my experience, the system does not readily escalate issues to a live representative, which makes resolution difficult. As a result, I have had to independently search for direct contact information to obtain assistance, leading to a time-consuming and frustrating process. There is MUCH to improve.
Additionally, the return policy lacks clarity. Upon return, they H&C will withhold your freight that one has paid. International customers should be aware that $50 in shipping fees will be deducted from their reimbursement upon return.
