Great quality item, awful customer service and operational process for refunds. They sent me the wrong size and dealing with the customer service department has been a nightmare. The lack of urgency responding to their clients is unacceptable. I returned this item a month ago and I am still waiting for them to refund my money. Just a shame because their products are high quality but their operations needs to improve.

My item has still not arrived. It was purchased two weeks ago express shipping.

Loved it originally. But after only TWO wears, the gold lettering and accents are starting to peel off, so it clearly is very cheaply made. Disappointing.

Great experience. The shipping with sweater in special Holland & Cooper box was a special surprise. I will be ordering more items.
